Perfect position in inner city centre: any attraction is reachable on foot. The room at a high floor was comfortable, silent and wifh a beautiful view over the City Hall. The staff at the Reception was very kind and helpful, as well as the porters. The complimentary breakfast is a plus.

The breakfast was amazing! So many options and the breakfast team was so friendly. The view is incredible! Would stay here again in heartbeat! Our only complaint is the tiny bathroom and lack of shower curtain.

My stay at The Residence Inn was incredible! When I checked in, Ty upgraded my room and let me check in early after I had been traveling for almost 24 hours. I was upgraded to a suite with an amazing view of City Hall and Love Park all decorated for the holidays. During my stay, the staff was so courteous and helpful. Housekeeping was fantastic, and my suite was always clean and stocked. The day before checkout, I asked about checkout time, and since I didn’t have to leave for the airport until 3 pm, Zara gave me a late checkout, which I greatly appreciated. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at The Residence Inn and will definitely stay again when I return to Philadelphia.
