To the right of the entryway, you will find our kitchen featuring trendy custom 2- tone cabinets, quartz leather countertops, matte black fixtures, coffee station, and full size stainless steel appliances. The laundry closet is also located in the kitchen area.
Just off the kitchen you will find the bathroom, boasting brand new designer tile, spacious stand up shower, LED back lit mirror, and trendy matte black fixtures.
Walk back through the kitchen and living room into the bright and airy bedroom. Check out the beautifully designed layout with accent wallpaper, bedside sconces, and wall mounted Roku TV. There is plenty of closet space for you and the apartment even offers a work station set up with desk.

Getting Around:
Our home is conveniently located to all ways of transportation:
-Extremely walkable- leave your car parked!
-Uber and Lyft are easily accesible
-Your closest subway stop to your stay is Tasker Morris station. It is only about a 5 minute walk from your door. The Broad St line subway will take you south (to sports stadiums and FDR Park) or North (towards City Hall and Center City and beyond).
-If you feel like rolling around Philly on a bike, a great way to do so is to use Indego bike share. It's pretty simple- you can find a station nearby, rent your bike at the self service kiosk, and ride around until you would like to return the bike.
-Philadelphia's main train station, including Amtrak and other rail lines. Easily accessible by car or subway.
Other Things to Note:
We apologize, but due to recent events in the area involving parties, and with having the utmost respect for our neighbors and community, we are no longer able to accept bookings from local guests (those who live within 45 minutes of Philadelphia). We reserve the right to cancel any reservation made by local guests.
It is highly recommended that guest purchase trip cancellation/interruption insurance in case of emergency/bad weather, Covid-19 bans/restrictions, etc. as NO REFUNDS/EXCEPTIONS outside of our stated cancellation policy will be given unless there is a mandatory evacuation in our area. Please check what your credit card covers. You can also visit the Insure My Trip website for insurance options.
★ COVID-19 SANITIZATION ★
Health, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.
Pre-approved late check-out (up until noon only) is $50; please send us a request at least 2 hours before your check-out time so we can check our availability and notify our cleaner.
We are committed to protecting our properties which is why we've partnered with Know Your Guest(TRUVI), the leading vacation rental guest-screening provider. Please note that before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details through Know Your Guest. Without this verification we reserve the right to cancel your booking.
You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit of $500.00 or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. of $35.00 We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking .

Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking only if check-in date is at least 14 days in advance. No refunds bookings Cancelled with in 14 days before check-in.
