The room was lovely - beautifully, simply decorated with a contemporary and modern aesthetic. Very clean; amazing fresh scent; comfortable bed; toiletries were a nice touch. I had a hiccup (my fault) with pre-check in but was immediately supported. Unfortunately, there was no hot water for my two night. However, besides that great stay! Located in Gayborhood and walking distance from many restaurants.

• The room was clean • The location is in the heart of Philly, everything close. You don’t need a taxi at all. • If you want to attend the world cup matches, lincoln financial field is also close, it takes me only 18 mins by uber to get there. I highly recommend this place.

Great location for getting around. Right near a popular night club and lots of people up all night. They provided a sound machine which was nice. Our room had no A/C or any circulation. We contacted the building and they were not able to help at all. They were supposed to contact us about getting a fan and it never happened. We went through Expedia and also made a complaint. The shower barely worked as well and some of the light sockets didn’t work.

I stayed in a queen room, and it came with a very big bathroom, that was clean. The shower was not working 100% but it was still functional. Nice amenities as white noise machine to try to help overnight for sounds, but honestly it was not that bad. During my check out I had issues with my codes, they stopped working, thankfully the staff was able to help via text message, but it was a scary situation. The building is in a very central position, everything is reachable walking or via subway, with a station just beside the hotel. A lot of shops and restaurant on the street if needed.

There's a parking lot across the street from the main entrance, very convenient. The area is walkable with many food options, shops & tourist areas to stroll around. Customer service,over the phone, gave us a room after the 2 bed room I paid for wasn't available. No staff was observed on premises.

The coffee maker did not work; I told the maid on the first day and she said just a minute and then never returned. The TV faces a wall; it should really face the bed or be able to turn towards the bed, it not relaxing to sit on a hard plastic chair to watch TV. The electric outlet in the bathroom does not work. There were no wash cloths given. I did like the location and the room and bathroom size. Great security with the coding.

I stayed in Unit 206. Shower head did not work properly. Water was coming out of the connection points and not through the shower head. It was unusable. Also, AC is loud and the vent in the room is located such that it blew right onto me when sleeping. I had to turn it off entirely. Blanket cover had a red/brown stain which was probably blood but I’m not sure. Other than these, everything was okay. Convenient location.

First I want to say the hotel is dated. The room was clean. The air conditioning did not work and getting help is not available because no one answers the phone number provided or text back so we had to use a fan and couldn’t open the windows on 70-80 degrees days. That was really my only complaint. The shower floor did look a little suspicious but we showered is flip flops. And I have stayed at other SONDER hotels in Philly that were AWESOME this one I will never stay at again
