Studio Apartment with lots of windows, plenty of parking space & priv entrance

Please be advice this is short term rental , no guests wanting to stay over 16 days will be accepted , if you book for more then 16 days , your stay will be cancelled . Thank you for understanding . We can make an exemption for longer stay after the ID and background is passed by our team . Collingdale is waiting for you at this pleasant 1-bedroom studio. Lots of windows and lots of street parking , guests find a cozy space with air conditioning and heating to keep comfortable year-round. A hair dryer and iron add convenience to your stay, making it easy to freshen up after a day of exploring. The bathroom is large clean and functional, perfect for unwinding. Whether you're here for work or relaxation, this excellent studio offers a superb base to call your own. We're happy to assist with any questions while you stay at our studio.
