The hotel and the staff were great! Although we weren't able to check in when we arrived around 3:30, was not a big deal because we were able to grab drinks and a bite to eat at the bar until it was ready. Loved the room and the staff at reception were pleasant! We had a great stay!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 Stars – Excellent Stay and Outstanding Hospitality! After a very disappointing experience at another hotel in Philadelphia, my wife and I decided to stay at The Westin Philadelphia, and what a difference! The hotel was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was professional, respectful, and welcoming, making us feel valued as guests. After such a frustrating experience elsewhere, The Westin provided exactly what we needed: a pleasant, relaxing stay with excellent hospitality. Thank you to the entire Westin team for turning a disappointing trip into a positive experience. We truly appreciated your hospitality and would gladly stay here again. Highly recommended!
