There are absolutely no events or parties allowed at this property! Also no unapproved guests allowed without permission of host.Stimulating cultural activities and fabulous Philly restaurants are all within reach by foot, bike or Uber. The neighborhood is rated 80 out of 100 for walkability. There is an e-bike rental depot used with an mobile app1 block away and public transportation within 1 block . The home boasts three separate and unique outdoor spaces. 1. The rooftop deck is the perfect place to watch the gorgeous sunset against the Philly skyline with a cocktail after a busy day sight-seeing, the tree-shaded backyard is great for a bbq. The private master bedroom terrace is the perfect spot for morning coffee. The kitchen is fully equipped with reverse osmosis alkaline drinking water, vitamix, juicer and coffee machine. Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Stayed here with my friends for the World Cup. We had an amazing trip. The house was clean and modern. There were restaurants and corner stores within walking distance. Public transportation was easy to access and use. The host provided lots of information about the property. We had a great time.
