When approaching reception to advise that there was no cup in the room, I was told without apology to get one from the breakfast room. Could have been a much more enjoyable experience!"

Unfortunately, after a long day of travel, no one was at the property to let us in even though we arrived during check in hours and we were unable to get a hold of the property manager.
