While staff was kind, no staff was available for trip from airport to hotel, and when I inquired about arranging a ride back, it came with a very narrow window of potential that left me feeling uncertain if I’d be able to use this advertised amenity. Like I said, staff was nice about it, but the availability and reliability of this amenity feels too uncertain to be used as a main advertising point. "

"Room was clean when we got there. Staff at the front desk were awesome. Those working the breakfast and snacks lines were great at keeping things stocked up. Only complaint I would have is that the one day we wanted our room cleaned when we were gone, the housekeepers only gave us new towels and took out the trash. They didn’t change sheets or make up the rest of the room, but had no problem taking the tip I had left them. "
