Guana Bay is an exclusive, safe, and beautiful residential neighbourhood just outside Philipsburg. Guana Bay Beach is located 1 minute away from the villa and the area is surrounded by mountains ideal for hiking and that perfect picture moment!

**We are offering Paradise Villa at a steeply discounted rate for those displaceD by the storm, workers rebuilding the island or any of our return customers who want to return to check up on friends and family.
