September is the perfect time to visit Seaview Beach Hotel. The pace of Sint Maarten slows down, allowing you to enjoy a truly “local” experience. The Seaview team has really embraced the legacy of this historic hotel while adding modern amenities, making it a perfect blend of old and new. Amazing location on the boardwalk. Walking distance to shops, restaurants, etc. The hotel is historic, and doesn't have elevators. Our room was very clean, the towels and bed sheets were clean. The pool was nice, overlooking the ocean. Staff was friendly and amazing. I just didn't understand why we had to pay $3 to use the hotel towels since we were guests. Overall it was a good experience.

our stay was very good except for one nght there was a function on the beach and the music was extrely loud we had to move rooms for 1 night. we had alovely view of the beach. We did not use the pool nor did we go to the beach . the staff was very accomodating and the people are friendly
