"We paid for an early check in and a bucket of craft beer in our room. Both of which was granted and was great. The staff however, we not very friendly and not very helpful. They didn't explain the amenities, or tell us where they were on property, or what time they closed. We were given papers and told to check online if we needed any more information. "I booked 2 rooms via Expedia - which listed it at $71 per room. My total charge was $303.02 - which is $151.51 per room!!! And that was with ZERO added amenities! Why was I charged OVER DOUBLE the quoted cost? To open the door to my room each time, I had to PUSH in HARD with my shoulder!!! All in all, a very unpleasant experience."
