"Hallway trash unattended to and had an odor. Pool lounge closed for a "private event" which was nothing more than management trying to keep traffic down because bar staff did not show up. I assume and I am hopeful that things will get better there."

"Great hotel located right in the middle of Scottsdale. The pool is actually a refreshing temperature and not hot bath water like many in the area. The spa is top notch and the staff is super helpful. Will come back."
