Our fully furnished 1 bedroom homes include a perfectly sized living room, a private bedroom with a king size bed, a full size kitchen that includes a microwave, refrigerator, stove and many include a dishwasher, as well. You will also find a large walk-in closet, ample storage areas and a private patio. All utilities are free when you stay at Scottsdale Park Suites this includes Cable with HBO, High Speed Wi-Fi, Electricity, Water/Sewer/Trash.

Located just 2 miles from Old Town Scottsdale, Scottsdale Park Suites offers a prime location. We are smoke-free community but we do allow the smaller dogs in select homes. Our gated community includes a private entrance to the famous 11 mile Scottsdale Greenbelt, a heated pool and spa, an onsite office, a laundry facility, a business center and serving up perks every day!

Yes, this is a great space to settle in. This home is located on the first floor, with superb access to the pool It it is also centrally located to the two of the three grilling areas at Scottsdale Park Suites, the Tech Laundry facility and more!

We are a smoke-free community. Furnishings may vary slightly from photos. Suites are ran with a boiler/chiller system which means they either provide heat or cooling- they are not equipped to provide both at the same time. Seasonality may bring weather that fluxgates day to day. During these times we recommend taking the extra steps to keep your suite cool/warm as possible.

*Surveillance cameras in use throughout the community's common areas. This includes the sidewalks, parking lot, gate doors, pool/hot tub ,laundry room and office.
