Summary:
Experience the luxury of desert living at this four bedroom Scottsdale home with Large backyard and pool oasis. Home features two Master suites, Great for two couples and/or Families

The Space:
Our room features two suites with their own full private bathrooms. One with a king bed, the other with a queen. Two other guest rooms with queen beds, a queen pull out bed in the living room and a Full size blow up mattress. The property is completely private with perimeter wall and is not shared.

Guest Access:
The property is self check in and a Door Code is emailed to guest 24 hours prior to check in

The Neighborhood:
This gorgeous home is within walking distance to the famous shopping and dining centers; Kirland and Scottsdale Quarter.
We are within miles to: Casinos ,Golf Courses,Mountain hiking,Old town Scottsdale, Desert Ridge.
Plenty of things to do for all ages; Movies, Bowling, shopping, dining, golf ect.

Getting Around:
Both LYFT and UBER are available with quick service in the area

Other Things to Note:
★Pet Friendly with $100.00 pet fee/ per pet/ per stay

★Smoking Permitted outdoors only

Paul was incredibly gracious in allowing me to use their home for a long overdue visit/ family get together. The home had everything we needed and was more then accommodating. Enjoyed my trip to Arizona and even more having somewhere such as here to kickback.

The host is exceptional. They were very responsive to issues. The reason I subtracted a star is the home itself. It's important to note that the home is really old, and a lot they put inside it is so cheap that it was uncomfortable for us. The mattresses are very cheap and covered in plastic, so I slept horribly. The towels were all old and mismatched. The fridge was broken when we got there, so we lost a lot of groceries we ordered. The guest toilet had constant issues. If you're looking for a basic house, this is great - wonderful location, good amount of bedrooms for adults sharing. If you're looking for the extra comforts of a hotel that you get at other rentals in this area, you may be disappointed.

Went to Phoenix in August for a celebration of life. We had 5 people so needed the space. So grateful for the pool and everyone loved the pool table. House was clean and stocked. Bedrooms were comfortable. Host was very responsive. Thank you for a great stay.

My husband, daughter and brother in law were in Arizona for a family funeral. The house was perfect. Close to where we needed to be and and the house was well stocked and very comfortable. Communication from the host was excellent. The pool offered a nice reprieve from the heat. I would definitely recommend this as a good place to stay.

Graduation mini-reunion

Our family of 6, plus one friend, stayed here when out daughter graduated from GCU. We also had her cat. The property is in a safe area and very easy access to everything. We used the pool, which was a nice addition. The kitchen is well-stocked. The owners were very communicative and joyfully supplied us with the one oddball request we had. Check out was easy.

Quiet suburban home in central location.

Centrally located, this is a nice suburban house in a quiet neighborhood with sidewalks for easy walking and little traffic. It has a sizable yard with lots of seating, both for sun sitting, and "cocktails" and dinner. It's not a "luxury home" but neither is it priced like one. The host responds to questions quickly and is helpful and easy to work with.

Perfect!

The house is well-appointed, clean, and in a great location. Lots of extras with the pool and putting green. Very comfortable stay and we would highly recommend.
