It’s difficult to review a stay that never took place. We arrived after a very long day of traveling to discover someone already in the studio. After connecting with the property manager we were told she’d call back in 2 minutes with another rental option. After more than 30 minutes of sitting in the car in 105 heat, we started heading downtown while looking for a hotel vacancy. When she finally returned the call, we were told to call VRBO and they’d help. 3 phone calls later, we were told to find a hotel and they’d take care of us. We ended up having to spend 4 times the cost of the studio in a hotel due to last minute booking of the hotel during prime season in Phoenix. This has not yet been resolved by VRBO’s customer care team. Stay away from renting from any property managed by this management company. They didn’t seem to know when anyone was checking in or checking out

The room shares a wall with a house. While separate, if the guests staying in the house are loud, you will hear most of it. I had a couple days of listening to a crying baby. The closet has a slightly strange smell, the remote for the light didn’t have batteries, and there is no way to do laundry. This is an issue for longer stays, because there are only 4 towels. The cups were not clean upon arriving. The host did not respond when I texted them for questions. Overall, it was fine. I was looking for something cheap, but it definitely wasn’t great.
