Amazing stay close to Downtown in a quiet area

We had an amazing stay! - well-equipped house with gorgeous decoration. Much more space than described in the VRBO announcement! Central location close to Downtown in a quiet neighborhood. Great, fun outdoors with games, bbq and little pool.Very responsive and helpful host! Highly recommended!

Our stay was excellent. The place was clean, organized, and perfectly located near city restaurants, events, and the airport. The outdoor area and parking felt safe and had a relaxed, family-friendly atmosphere that made our visit even more enjoyable. The only suggestion I would make is to include simple instructions for using the thermostat. Overall, an outstanding experience—highly recommended!

This house was perfect! I stayed here with a few friends and we all felt that this house was a perfect house for relaxing and unwinding after a long day exploring Phoenix. The interior design was very unique and slightly 70’s, but that really appeals to my tastes.

Great weekend in PHX!

We stayed in this Vrbo for the long weekend for a wedding in downtown Phoenix. The location was a perfect 5-10 minutes from the venue and all the restaurants in downtown! The house was so cute and comfortably accommodated our group of 6. The host was super attentive and checked in several times! Overall a great stay!

house could have been cleaner there was hair and dirt all over the floors, rugs. living rooms were dingy and the yard is all dead and full of weeds and there was damage to metal window awing and porch and patio areas that made me question why i had to purchase and insurance policy to stay here. all in all i was disappointed, with this property when i arrived the cleaning staff was still working and seems that they didnt finish compleatly.
