Beautiful Modern Home Fully Upgraded!

Very modern house upgraded to the max. The house is about 1,700 sf with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The Master has a King size bed and the other bedrooms are Queen. The house has a beautiful backyard with a big bar, lights, bbq, pool and Spa. The pool isn't heated but the Spa more than makes up for it.

The house is in a beautiful area, there is a community park with a track, soccer field and basketball courts. The house is very private which is perfect for relaxing. Shopping malls, restaurants, gyms, theaters and freeway are all within 1 to 2 mile radius.

Everything you need is very close which makes things convenient.

Family trip for soccer tournament

Great location. House accommodated 4 people easily. Backyard/pool area was wonderful. Nice park and walking path in the vicinity. Owner was very responsive.

Perfect stay

Check in was seamless and we had no issues while there. The pool and hot tub were well taken care of and everything was easy to use. We were very close to food, a park, and the house was stocked with towels and soap etc…Jose was kind and helpful. We will be staying again!

Amazing Place!

My family and I were looking for a place to getaway for the fall break and Jose’s place was AMAZING! He was awesome to work with and the house and pool and spa were exactly what we were looking for! I would highly recommend and we will absolutely look to stay here again! Phenomenal host!

FABULOUS

So clean, so tidy, and Jose was an amazing host. The property was at the perfect location, close to shopping and attractions and some lovely hiking as well. We stayed in a lot of the time, as the back yard was an incredible space where we could just hang and relax. I would give it more stars if I could!!

Perfect Oasis

Loved our stay in this clean & beautiful home. The beds were comfy, the backyard was fantastic, the kitchen was very well supplied, and the owner was incredibly helpful and easy to work with. We hope to stay here again in the future. No complaints!!!

Fantastic Vacation

Great experience with our stay. Kitchen, living area was open and great for entertaining. Backyard was Fantastic with Pool, hot tub and bar. We spent many hours in front of the fire pit. Added bonus was the Lemon Tree at peak ripeness. Being from Minnesota, this was a HUGE treat!! Convenient location for all our needs. Host was very responsive and made check in and check out super easy. Would definitely stay again if we visit in the future.

Great entertaining house

Jose was easy to work with from the beginning. Great communication. The house is open with a lot of amenities making it great for entertaining. It clean and everything was in good condition. I would stay again for sure.

In town to see family and wanted a little something extra. Joes the owner was very communicative and had everything we needed. The home was clean, tvs worked great, pool and hot tub were awesome, just wish the weather had cooperated for the pool. It’s a nice safe neighborhood. Would recommend! Thanks Jose

Staycation

We were looking for a nice house and the main requirement was a pool. This house has both plus some. Such a spacious, open house with 3 nice bedrooms to choose from and a beautiful kitchen area. I’m sure we spent equal amounts of time in the pool area, sitting at the kitchen bar and watching movies on Netflix. Our staycation was perfect and I’d definitely recommend Jose as a VRBO host ANYTIME!!!

Great stay in east Mesa

This is a great location for a couple or family to stay in east Mesa. It's a nice quiet neighborhood, but still close to everything you need including restaurants, stores, hiking, etc. Jose is a great host who maintains a nice house and was available every time we had a question.
