The Space:

The second you pull into the driveway of this Chandler retreat, you can feel it: this is the house where the group trip actually happens. Step inside and the modern bohemian living room, with its plush gray sofa, egg chair, and cozy electric fireplace, sets a relaxed tone before the backyard steals the show. Out back you've got a private heated pool, a hot tub, a fire pit for stargazing, a BBQ grill, and outdoor dining space, plus a putt-putt green and cornhole for friendly competition. Head into the garage-turned-game-room and you'll find a pool table, foosball, shuffleboard, arcade games, and a hanging queen-sized bed for extra sleeping space.

With 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, and a bonus hanging bed in the game room, this home sleeps up to 12 and is built for big family reunions, golf trips, or a group that wants room to spread out. The main-level bedroom is a nice option for guests who'd rather skip the stairs, though most of the sleeping space is upstairs. A pack 'n play and high chair are on hand for the littlest guests, and yes, the pup is welcome too! Our local team is around throughout your stay, so you can just relax and enjoy everything this house has to offer.



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire home via keypad entry, with the exception of a locked owner's closet.



The Neighborhood:

Tucked into a quiet residential pocket of Chandler, this home puts you close to some of the East Valley's best golf courses, just a few minutes away. Chandler Fashion Center, with its shopping and dining, is about a 10-minute drive, and Tempe's sports and entertainment scene is roughly 15 minutes out. Downtown Chandler's walkable strip of breweries, restaurants, and boutique shops is also a short drive away for evenings out. Ride-share is readily available throughout the area if anyone wants to leave the driving to someone else.



Getting Around:

A car is the easiest way to explore everything Chandler has to offer, and driveway parking fits up to 4 vehicles, with street parking also available for extra guests. Uber and Lyft run reliably in the area if you'd rather skip the rental car for a night out.



Other Things to Note:

Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Primary guests must be 25 years of age or older to book. This property is 100% smoke-free. Dogs are welcome for a fee of $125 per stay (covering up to 2 dogs), which does not cover any potential damage caused by pets; no cats permitted, please. Quiet hours run from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.



Heated pool fee is $100/night. We recommend heating the pool in the months between October and May each year. We require at least a 3-day notice before your arrival if you'd like the pool heated. Pool must be heated for the entirety of your stay. Thank you!



We kindly ask that guests refrain from hosting parties or events at the property. We aim to maintain a respectful environment for our neighbors.



GUEST VERIFICATION: To help ensure a smooth and secure stay for all guests, the primary guest listed on the reservation may be asked to complete a quick verification process within 48 hours of booking, depending on the platform used to book the reservation.



Prior to check-in, guests may also be asked to sign a Rental Agreement that includes agreeing to our rental terms and conditions and, on certain booking platforms, providing a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card before arrival.



Included with your booking is our damage waiver coverage, which helps protect against accidental, self-reported damage during your stay when reported prior to check-out.
