This comfy and cozy home features 3 bedrooms, living room with 55" flat screen Smart TV with Youtube TV live, and a galley style eat in kitchen with farm sink, traditional coffee maker, microwave, and gas stove. The backyard is great for entertaining! Covered back patio has outdoor seating and a gas outdoor fire pit. Enjoy a relaxing evening at home either grilling burgers on the outdoor BBQ grill or hanging out on the sofa watching TV in the living room.



*Traveling with a dog? No problem. This home allows dogs. If you are traveling with your dog let us know upon booking. Your reservations will require a $250 + tax non refundable pet fee in addition to the total on the checkout page so we will need to add this to your reservation after you book the home.



Lawn Maintenance is done Twice a Month



The first bedroom has a King size bed, second and third bedrooms both have Queen size beds. There is also a full size washer and dryer so there isn't any reason to not go home with clean clothes. The bathroom has a walk in shower and single sink. Linens, towels, hand soap & toilet paper provided. We also provide a starter/initial setup of paper towels, trash liners, shampoo, conditioner and dish soap.

Free Fun! Guests will receive one complimentary admission per activity, per day. You can go to every activity, every day and one person will be free per day. Additional guests will pay full price. Admissions are noncumulative and nontransferable. Unused admissions expire daily. You may choose to go to the Phoenix Zoo in the morning then golf at lunch and then Medieval times that evening.
