Fountain of the Sun - Mesa Arizona - 55+Guard Gated Community

Updated condo; Stainless steel appliances, new cabinets and counter tops. New light fixtures and beautiful white shutters in kitchen and guest bedroom. Brand new 2-seater and 3-seater couches with push button electric leg recliners, so comfortable!
All Snowbirds are welcomed, one of the persons renting must be 50 years or older. Fountain of the Sun, 55+ community with a gated and guarded 24 hour access, must enter at Broadway and Southern. Sorry very strict about no pets. Golf course is open to the public. Your own laundry room is off the back patio.
Resort Living at it's Finest in this 2 Bedroom /2 Bath condo that has a patio that overlooks heated community pool and spa. Very own gas barbecue. Lush green grassy area, with many activities to keep you busy in this popular senior community.

We completely enjoyed our stay. It was very clean and was just what we were looking for. We would definitely stay there again.

Enjoyable stay

Loved everything about the place except mattress was not great for me. I'm used to memory foam, amd have back issues. This is just a personal preference but mattress wasn't comfortable for me.Everything else was great!

Very nice unit with great amenities

Unit was perfect for our two week stay in late November, early December. Joe & Karen were wonderful hosts and responded quickly to all of our inquiries. All of the amenities are top notch.

Thanksgiving with family

Two couples shared the condo to join family for Thanksgiving. The condo was clean, very well stocked, beds were comfortable and it was a relaxing stay. They had everything I needed to cook, bake and I love to host! A very well equipped kitchen. The pool and jacuzzi are practically outside the back door. I would stay again and recommend!

Great Location in a Quiet Neighborhood

I enjoyed my stay here. The condo is in a gated community and was clean and well stocked. Conveniently located to stores, golf courses, restaurants and nearby highways. The owners Joe & Karen were wondeful hosts. They returned my texts and phone calls in a timely fashion. Access was keyed entry. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend their condo.

Perfect

The unit was perfect for our stay at Christmas. Neighborhood was quite. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. We picked from the citrus trees around the complex the pink grapefruits were amazing. Would not hesitate staying here again.

Fountain of the sun

The owner was easy to communicate with and very helpful when needed. Everything in the home was as is the way is was depicted on the VRBO site pictures; amenities; car port. Since the community is gated it was easy to get a temporary pass for the days that we stayed. The area is full of friendly people all who love to golf and or indulge in the variety of sports available to play at their club house. Which is kept neat and tidy. Thanks so much for the great stay!

Great place and location

Everything was clean and organized. Everything you might need was available, including washer and dryer. If we should return to Mesa/Phoenix this is the place we would want to return to.

Friendly senior community

Everything was as expected. Neighbors friendly. Peaceful. Great location for shopping and dining. Quick access to freeway for longer excursions. We loved our month in the Mesa area. Lots of fun things to do.

FOUNTAIN OF THE SUN CONDO

WE ABSOLUTELY LOVED THIS PROPERTY! THE LOCATION WAS PERFECT AND LOVED HAVING THE POOL AND HOT TUB RIGHT OUT YOUR BACK DOOR! THE CONDO WAS VERY CLEAN AND LOVED THE AMMENITIES! ONLY HAD A FEW THINGS WITH MINOR REPAIRS THAT THE OWNER WAS RIGHT ON TO GET FIXED! THE ONLY REAL COMPLAINT WAS WATER NOT GETTING H0T AT THE KITCHEN SINK, IT WOULD TAKE AWHILE TO WARM UP! LOVED EVERYTHING ABOUT IT! WOULD DEFINIETLY STAY THERE AGAIN!

Loved the condo... completely stocked... just step out the door to the pool...many golf courses near by.... hiking Superstition mtn in just a few minutes...we just didn't want to leave!

Wonderful golfing stay

My 15 year old son loves golf and had tournaments in Phoenix. Mr Szabo's property was the perfect place to stay. I ran into a little challenge because of COVID, nobody was available at the office; but Mr Szabo was readily available and very helpful. Everybody at the property was super friendly and the neighbors were as well. The property was clean and had every amenity possible at our disposal. We spent a comfortable 10 days there and felt very much at home. Recommend it highly.

Very nice place

Great accommodations. Pool was right out the back door. Full kitchen washer dryer fast WiFi. Very responsive. AC went out , I called at 6:00pm by 9:30Pm repair man had come and fully repaired.
