Everything was great, and I had a smooth check-in. All the front desk agents were amazing. Jacob, the night auditor, provided excellent customer service and made check-in seamless. Amanda was very pleasant and kind enough to hold my room after my flight delays, which I truly appreciated. Caleb was also very helpful this morning when I needed assistance warming something up. Overall, I’m very happy with my stay and the excellent service I received.

For a pet friendly place there was not a good spot to walk a dog and no out side garbage cans to throw out your dogs poo in. However it was clean and staff were very nice.

Great hotel. Came for Royals spring training and it was a short walk to the stadium. Disappointed the breakfast wasn’t included. The breakfast was pretty expensive compared to what was offered. Staff was very nice.
