No pets allowed. I'm a big animal lover, but my cleaning lady is highly allergic, therefore I can't allow pets on property. No parties or gatherings.
There is a $50 charge for missing Pool key card. Please be sure to leave it on the Kitchen Island when checking out.
No smoking in the house and if smoking on porch or patio, please be sure windows and doors are closed.
