Our condo is 950 sq. ft. with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms + a patio to relax on.

We are able to accommodate 5 guests.

*Master Bedroom + Bathroom: Feel like royalty in this bright and inviting primary suite, tucked away on the second floor for added privacy and comfort. Bathed in natural light, this relaxing retreat features a queen-size bed with its own TV and a spacious walk-in closet for all your belongings.

The private ensuite bathroom includes a dedicated vanity area, toilet, and modern walk-in shower, thoughtfully stocked with the essentials for a refreshing stay, including a hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

*Bedroom 2: Wake up to lovely natural light in this comfortable downstairs bedroom, featuring 1 single bed & 1 queen-size bed, a dedicated work-from-home setup, and a TV for your entertainment. Whether you`re catching up on work or winding down after a day of exploring, this room offers a cozy and functional space for your stay.

The conveniently located hallway bathroom includes a bathtub and shower combination, sink, and toilet. For your comfort, we provide a hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

Thoughtful essentials are included: All bedrooms come complete with fresh linens and pillows. Bathrooms are stocked with one bath towel and one hand towel per guest, plus one black makeup towel per guest.

*Living Room & Kitchen: Step into a bright and inviting living space designed for comfort and relaxation. The spacious living room features stylish tile flooring, a vaulted ceiling, a cozy gas-burning fireplace, and plenty of storage - perfect for unwinding after a day exploring Arizona. The open-concept kitchen flows seamlessly into the dining area, featuring sleek black appliances and a convenient peninsula that’s ideal for casual meals, morning coffee, or entertaining.

Cook, dine, and feel right at home! The kitchen is equipped with the essential cookware, utensils, and dining supplies you’ll need to prepare and enjoy meals during your stay. We’ve also provided basic cooking staples, including salt, pepper, and olive oil, to make meal preparation even easier. A dishwasher is available to help make cleanup a breeze.

Start your mornings with coffee! Enjoy a fresh cup at your convenience using either the single-serve K-Cup coffee maker or the French press - perfect for easing into your day before heading out to explore Mesa and the greater Phoenix area.

*Patio: You may enjoy your morning coffee and kick back on the private outdoor patio seats.

*Shared Pool & Hot Tub: Just steps away from the townhouse, you`ll have access to the condo`s shared pool & hot tub area. The hours are 8AM to 10PM. Children 16 and under should be supervised.

*Washer/Dryer : Available for you to use at any point during your stay. Detergent is provided.

You will have access to everything in the home. There will be one locked closet, and we ask you to leave it this way. Thank you!

Getting Around: A car is a convenient way to explore Mesa and nearby cities. The townhouse is close to the Loop 101 and Loop 202 freeways, making it easier to reach other parts of the Phoenix metro area. Nearby shopping, dining, and recreation options are also within the Riverview area.

Note: There is one Ring camera in the front, outside the door of the townhouse.

★ ADDITIONAL GUEST POLICY ★
Your reservation must reflect the total number of guests staying at the property. Any guest beyond the confirmed reservation will be charged a $25 per-person additional guest fee. Please notify us in advance if your guest count changes so we can update the reservation accordingly.

★ CANCELLATION ★
Should you choose to cancel your reservation, please note that we will adhere to the cancellation policy, and a refund will be promptly initiated. Kindly be aware of a 5% deduction to cover processing fees.

★ DATE ALTERATIONS ★
We understand that plans may change, and we are happy to accommodate full date change requests made at least 7 days before your check-in date (subject to availability and potential rate adjustments). This allows us sufficient time to secure a replacement guest after reserving the dates for you.

NOTE:
Refunds won`t be offered for sightings of bugs outside or inside the property. This is common in Arizona due to the seasonal nature of bug activity.

To ensure a fantastic stay for everyone, please keep these guidelines in mind:

- Enjoy our smoke-free environment, indoors and on the patio.
- Let us know about additional guests so we can prepare accordingly.
- Pet lovers, we welcome 1 small furry friend for an additional $100! If you`re bringing more than 1 dog, just let us know—there`s an extra $50 per pet.
- Help us maintain our beautiful space by promptly reporting any accidental damages.
- Please respect the peaceful neighborhood atmosphere, especially between 9 PM and 7 AM. Violations may lead to the termination of your reservation.
- Regular mail delivery isn`t available at this property due to locked mailboxes. You`re welcome to have packages (including Amazon) delivered during your stay, but please note that we`re not responsible for any lost, stolen, or misdelivered items.
- Please keep doors closed: Refunds won`t be provided for bug sightings inside or outside the property, as this is common in Arizona due to seasonal bug activity.
