1 BR/BA apartment attached to primary residence. Complete privacy with private courtyard. We recently added this addition to our home completely modern with new decor. Full size kitchen, bathroom with walk-in shower, and king size bed with walk-in closet and full size stackable washer/dryer. Living room has a sofa bed. Apartment sleeps up to 4. Rental comes with parking in wrap around driveway. Conveniently located in the Groves area of Mesa, AZ. Location is close to Falcon Field, Mesa Riverview, Tempe Town Lake, and Great Freeway Access to Downtown PHX.

Wonderful apartment

This place was absolutely fabulous and very clean. Comfy bed and very convenient to anywhere in the area you want to get to. Flawless check in and very private seeing that it’s connected to the main house. Plenty o space to park. Wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

Great neighborhood great stay

Lovely Casita in a very clean and quiet neighborhood. The little gated grass area was perfect for our dog to play in. The Casita was spacious and had all of the amenities we needed. We were very comfortable staying here, definitely would stay here again.

Exactly as pictured!

Nice property, quiet area, comfy bed, good communication. No problems! Just a few FYI's : there are many plug-in fragrance dispensers if your sensitive (they were great about letting me remove them) & during the week you can hear the garage door & such when they leave for work around 7:15ish.... not a complaint just heads up if you wanted to sleep in (i was up so no problemo)

Excellent rental option

I needed a rental for a few days to bridge the time until my long term rental became available and I chose this property. Overall the experience was excellent and I would rent it again. The online description and pictures were spot on, the property has high ceilings which contributes to an open feeling, full kitchen with separate bedroom, washer/dryer in the unit. As I was working remotely I had a few different things to bring into the unit. The driveway access that was dedicated for the renter and was just steps from the front door was very helpful. While the rental unit is attached to the owners residence, I didn't hear people in the main house and didn't encounter the owners. Communication with the owners was timely. As I noted above, I would rent this property again without a problem.

Very clean. Huge kitchen, large bedroom and large bathroom, excellent walk in shower. 4bar phone signal. Good parking. Easily sleep 4 adults. Good location for central Mesa. Concerns, the 1 bed is very elevated, not easy for me to get into, a senior with bad knee. The table and 2 chairs is not really good for more than 1 person. Highly recommend for a single or couple.

Perfect Location

Perfect location in a well manicured quiet neighborhood. The apartment was very nice with privacy and a very safe neighborhood. Will definitely be staying at this property next time I’m in the Mesa area.

Property is in a lovely and quiet neighborhood. Apartment is nicely furnished. Mattress is too die for!! I noticed there were stains on stove-we did not use stove. I have a glass top at home and use Weimar Glass Cook Top cleaner-perhaps you could use the same, clean stove and then leave cleaner in apartment for renters to clean stove as needed.

Perfect For Us

We needed a home base from which to golf, hike, and dine. This was perfect. Situated in a quiet neighborhood, it had a comfy bed, a full kitchen, and laundry so we didn't have to pack a bunch of clothes to change into when we got sweaty from outdoor activities. Stopped at the grocery store to pick up breakfast necessities. Loved that the apartment is located between the Superstition Mountains (Lost Dutchman State Park) and the Desert Botanical Garden. Could have easily visited South Mountain, Camelback, or Piestewa if we had the ability to stay longer. Thanks for hosting us!
