Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Check out is 11:00 AM or earlier. We must get in there as quickly as possible to avoid delaying our next guest's check-in. This includes the parking space.
If you check out before 11:00 AM, it would be wonderful if you could let us know. Our cleaning fees are based on a courteous guest.
We kindly ask that you please leave our property in a reasonable condition.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Great location but the check in process was confusing

Overall we had a great time! The location was amazing. The couch and beds were not comfortable. The check in process was so confusing.

Great host and place

Everything was new and great. Pull out couch was a little uncomfortable for my son but other than that the unit was great. Very new. We wanted an outdoor pool with sun but the way the pool is set up in between buildings we didnā€™t even use it. Work out room was great, a hot tub would have been a plus.

WET bed, dirty apartment, TERRIBLE communication

When I crawled into bed at 10:30pm after having finally gotten my infant to sleep - the bed was soaking wet. Not just the sheets. The pillows, duvet etc were all WET. They also had a strong chemical smell to them. I was exhausted so I emailed over vrbo then fell asleep on the couch. I woke up the next morning to the suggestion that I dry the sheets myself (note, they smelled bad). They did not offer to make this right in any other way. I said this was not an ok response and then also mentioned the other cleanliness issues. There was a large toenail clipping in the toilet, hair in the sink, no soap in the hand soap dispenser, a puddle of water on the floor by the door, a dirty mop still in the washer, no washcloths in one of the bathrooms, a dirty soap holder in the shower in the same bathroom, no hand towels in the kitchen, no trash bag in the trash can, dishes still in the dishwasher. In addition, the stopper in the bathroom sink was broken, the coffee maker didn't work, one of the wall sockets was broken and another was not functional. I suggested that I not pay the cleaning fee as the apartment was not cleaned properly, and that I be refunded one night's stay (out of the three total) as I had to spend the first night on the couch. Over the next 5 days I continued to message with them. They said they would call me. They did not. They asked me to send photos to an email address. The email address was not valid. I tried and tried and tried. Only terrible responses followed.

Couple Getaway

This unit is perfectly set up for two couples! We stayed for four nights. There is Scottsdale Quarter very close in walking distance. Lots of restaurants and shopping! Unit is clean and quiet. Messaging the company is easy through the VRBO app. They donā€™t respond right away, but usually within 30-60 minutes. The property offers many amenities, but know that the company who rents this unit doesnā€™t have any ability to fix the amenities. While we were there the golf simulator wasnā€™t working and they were no helpā€¦advising me to find complex employees to help. The pool hours are listed different at the complex than what the Vrbo listing states. Overall a great unit but slightly disappointed with customer service!

Great property but not so great furnishings

Wife and I did an overnight staycation. The property host was responsive to messages and very attentive. The property itself was clean with upscale finishes. However the furnishings were very low end and cheap. The main coach in the living area was so uncomfortable to sit on it was unusable. The upstairs patio area was very unique and fun but could use some more additional comfortable seating and decor. The bed in the master bedroom was so unstable we couldnā€™t sleep on it and had to use the other bedroom. There were rules listed everywhere which didnā€™t make the property very inviting. The check in instructions were clear but the process was a bit complicated. All in all this is a great property in a great upscale location and with some additional more luxurious upgrades it could be special.

Clean and stylish in a great area

Everything was good, it was missing a hot tub which we so expected and wanted. The roof top patio does not have a view but is a unique roof top patio. A weird way to get the key, but was my first Vrbo.

WMPO visit

Condo was great and as advertised! Very clean and convenient to venue and restaurants. Entering unit was a bit confusing, but once we figured it out everything was great!
