Perfect luxury remodel with resort style back yard in Old Town Scottsdale!!!

Close to everything near the heart of Old Town Scottsdale! Minutes from Fashion Square, baseball stadiums, art galleries, restaurants, bars, hiking, shopping, and numerous golf courses. This newly remodeled home has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. There’s also guest casita (contains a king bed but also the washer/dryer/water heater). The spacious floor plan allows guests to be together but never feel crowded. The dining table comfortably seats 8 and there's 4 more seats at the adjacent breakfast bar. There's a 65" TV in the Living Room for movies, sporting events or just relaxing at the end of a fun day as well as TV's in all bedrooms. The kitchen is straight out of a magazine and is fully stocked with everything you will need to prepare meals. The big backyard features a new swimming pool/hot tub area with lounge seating, a gas fire pit, gas BBQ, outdoor table and chairs, artificial grass, and backyard games such as giant Jenga and corn hole. WiFi and cable TV are included. We've done everything to help provide our guests with the most comfortable, fun and relaxation vacation possible.

We are happy to provide the following extra amenities:
• The Hot Tub is included in the nightly rate. Heating the entire swimming pool (up to approximately 85 degrees) is optional (weather permitting) for an additional fee of $75/night and requires advanced notice.
• Early Check-In and late Check-Out (only when available) and requires at least 72 hours advanced notice to properly schedule with our cleaning company.

Absolutely a great rental experience. We were in AZ for the week relocating my son and this house was perfect for two families. Record temps but pool was great to have. Host very responsive to a couple questions we had. We will be returning.

A Gathering of Friends

The house was very clean and perfect for 3 couples that want king size beds and their own bathroom. We especially enjoyed the pool that was very clean and maintained. You will not be disappointed in this gem !!

We love this darling house. We have stayed here twice and plan to come back again. The house is clean, the kitchen is fabulous and the pool is delightful. The best part is that the host responds quickly and pleasantly to any questions we might have. Highly recommend!

Very nice house! Well stocked with everything you would need and more. Cozy beds and the hot tub was wonderful due to cooler mornings/evenings. We will definitely stay here again!

Perfect Poolside Getaway

We spent hours each day in the pool and spa. It warmed up quickly using the heater in the morning and stayed tepid all day! The seating in the spa made it easy to laze about for hours even with elderly family. The house accommodations were more than adequate and it is conveniently located for restaurants and shopping! Overall a great trip!

Tim has a beautiful house. We were in town to watch our kids play softball for spring break. We enjoyed using the pool, hot tub and fire pit during our stay. Would definitely stay at his house again and would highly recommend.

Perfect Little Getaway

What a great weekend away. Our overall experience was awesome. Tim(owner) was extremely nice and was available when needed. We had a slight issue with the pool but he came out immediately and dealt with it all. The house was a perfect size for our group and a great location. We would definitely stay again.

Great Place/ Lots of Room

This property is everything as described and more! Tim called prior to check in to welcome me and see if we had any questions. The house was very spacious and had all the bells and whistles for our 10 day stay. Would recommend this property to anyone with a big family or friend group.

This house fully met our expectations. Every bed and pillow was comfortable. The younger kids had the pool to occupy them. There was plenty of seating outside and indoors. We couldn’t have asked for a better VRBO, and communication with the owner was efficient.

This was our first trip to Arizona. We came with our adult children and their spouses. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed many hours in the pool. Perfect stay

This is the ONLY home rental that I have ever read “Leave the cleaning to us, enjoy your vacation” Seriously, made my week! Tim was incredibly helpful, even let us borrow a cooler for our baseball tournament. The pool was great, and the house was thoughtfully equipped. The kitchen was complete with the extras you never want to have to buy, spices, olive oil, pan spray, etc

Christmas Vacay!

We really enjoyed our stay! The accommodations were fabulous! The kitchen was very open and well stocked for cooking/baking. Large bathrooms with an abundance of soft towels/washcloths/hand towels for each bathroom and plenty of beach towels as well! Very comfy beds with fans in each room and the overall temperature of the house was perfect. The pool was just dreamy! We spent a ton of time in the pool and hot tub that was attached to the pool. Absolutely nothing negative about our stay here! We will be back and we will rent this house again!

While not long on “bells and whistles”, we were very pleased with the pots/pans/utensils/tableware/etc. offered in this rental. We were able to prepare all our meals including a multi-course Thanksgiving dinner without having to purchase tools for the kitchen. Very thankful for this surprise

Fabulous Scottsdale Stay!

I recently stayed at this property with a group of twelve other ladies for a long weekend. It was an absolutely perfect house for our group! The house was gorgeus, comfortable, and very welcoming! We loved the open floor plan in the kitchen / living room - it was a perfect space for everyone to gather. The bedrooms were very comfortable and provided us with plenty of places for sleeping. We also loved the backyard and spent a lot of time in the pool during the day and enjoying the fire pit in the evenings! Tim was very responsive to any questions or issues we had as well. Overall, I’d highly recommend this property!

Great location in a quiet neighborhood.

Nicely updated house on a quiet cul de sac with easy access to freeways, old town, restaurants and golf. Very nice back yard with combo hot tub/pool. Kitchen has everything you need. Excellent, friendly communicator with the property manager. Only issue is that the casita does not have a bathroom (have to walk over to the main house). Not a real issue for us, but something to be aware of. Overall a great house for our annual golf trip. Thank you!!!

Nice place but not 5 star.

I over all it was fine. Carpets in the rooms were filthy. Had problems with the smoke alarm and with the garbage disposal. They were fixed. Tim prides himself on being 5 star but in my opinion he needs to work on his communication style .
