Long weekend getaway

Soccer Weekend

We were in town for a soccer tournament at the Legacy Sports Complex. Property is clean and updated. Has a well-stocked kitchen and great opportunities for outdoor grilling. The beds are super comfortable. The neighborhood is very quiet, and we felt very safe. Check in and check out was very easy. I highly recommend this property.

Our stay at the Power Ranch House

We stayed here for nine days. The property was clean and quiet. The backyard was private and we sat out in the sun many times. Didn't use the pool but did barbecue a few nights. Many parks and trails in the area. The trailheads to the San Tans and Superstitions weren't far away. We would stay here again!

Home away from home

This house felt like home from the moment we walked in the door. It was beautifully decorated. The neighborhood was nice and quiet, and the location was perfect for our visit to Gilbert. My only suggestion to the owner would be to supply more toiletries, some bottled or filtered water, and a few more kitchen essentials, such as olive oil and aluminum foil. Other than that, our stay was extremely enjoyable. I would recommend!

Great house, location, yard - no air conditioning

This house was perfect for our trip to take our son to school. It was perfectly situated near the campus. I was able to telework with no issues. The house was the perfect size, and the yard/pool was amazing. Unfortunately, the air conditioning was not working. It took numerous calls to Vacasa to get them to first acknowledge the issue and then to get us moved to a different property. The Vacasa customer support line does not communicate well and it takes you to constantly call them to get anything done. When they finally assigned a local manager, Shea from Vacasa worked hard to get us into a different property for our 2 week stay. We would stay in this house again if the AC works. Not so sure about renting from a Vacasa property again.

Inside great, patio area has issues...

A year ago, my family and I stayed in this home and loved it. Unfortunately, we had to be moved because the AC was not working. We loved the home, so this year we rented it again in spite of the previous issues. Good news is the AC worked perfect all week and for the most part the interior of the home met our expectations (except for the scorpions in the primary bedroom). Bad news is the neglect that comes with a Vacasa managed property shows. The patio and pool area are another matter. The pool filtering system did not work correctly. The furniture, cushions and the general patio area are dirty. The biggest issue outside though is the strong odor of urine coming from the artificial grass, it almost made the patio area unusable. This property has a lot of potential to be great, just didn't meet the mark like it did last year (less the AC not working).

Anniversary Getaway

Vacation back to where we once lived.

This was a wonderful property. Plenty of space, very clean, and well stocked with all bathroom and kitchen items. We loved that our pets were welcomed and there were dog bowls and a bed if needed. We really enjoyed the outdoor space and games available too! We loved this property and would definitely stay again and recommend it to others.
