    Welcome to our Brand new little oasis that has everything you need. Very private, with totally separate entrance, open outside patio eating area, with your own grill and chaise lounges. The Kitchen is well stocked for your culinary needs. Bathroom has a shower panel with 8 jets plus a rain/waterfall feature. Bedroom has its own sitting area, upscale hotel bed, 4K flat screen TV, and WiFi.
    We are located in the prestigious Kierland area with great shopping, fantastic, restaurants and events. Barrett Jackson car show, PGA golf tournament, Arabian horse show all in our back yard. A short ride away is spring training facilities, old town with bars,clubs, and art galleries.
    We put a lot of work and love into building this little oasis for your enjoyment. There are no shared areas in in the unit and it’s totally private, with its own entrance.

Cozy hideaway

Perfect for a solo traveller - comfy bed, clean bathroom, decent kitchen. I’ve now stayed at both properties at this address - the other one is more spacious (and more expensive). This is great value. Only negative would be if you don’t like dogs as you can hear the owner’s dogs a lot. But I’ll be coming back again!

Great pool, very kind owner, comfortable stay all around!

The kitchenette, the outside spaces, the shower all were excellent. The owner was very accommodating and kind to us. The pool was so nice on the hot afternoons and evenings. It’s so close to great hikes, and many other things to do. I’d recommend the stay to anyone. It’s small but very comfortable for the two of us! It was very clean and property is well cared for.

Great stay for being out and about

We had a good time here. Edith is friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. The pool is great and is shared as the listing mentions. We were out most of the day but the unit was a relaxing place to return to. The neighborhood was nice and quiet but close driving distance to many businesses.

A Little Piece of Paradise (With Nipsters)

The first thing I noticed when I entered the property gates was the intoxicating scent of blooming orange, lemon and grapefruit trees. My unit was well equipped, clean and very cute. We had iced tea on the patio by the pool, and did a BBQ on the poolside grill, with little Nipster begging for scraps. The price was right, and I'd recommend the VRBO.

Nice place in a nice location

We’ve stayed here before. All in its very workable accomodation. Don’t think the Ritz Carlton though. It’s a small efficiency unit with a comfortable queen bed and private entrance and one parking spot. You won’t be throwing a party here either. But the stay always works for us

The location was great. You can get on new road and get to any place you needed to. I hope this was very helpful. I floated in the pool for hours was so relaxing. The room has everything you needed. It was a short visit For the weekend to attend a wedding. I would definitely come back.

Nice stay

This unit worked well for our stay in Phoenix. It was clean and what we wanted, a central location to explore the area. I don't think you would want to do much cooking as the kitchen is very small, but it was fine for our breakfast and some lunches in. It was nice to relax at the pool a couple of times during our stay as well. There are 3 small dogs on the property, but only saw them while we were at the pool and rarely heard them otherwise. A good alternative to a hotel room!

Relaxing Pool Getaway

Overall, my stay at this property was alright. The pool is fantastic but was pretty chilly. The listing does not mention that 3-5 small dogs live on the property, who barked often and sometimes directly at me when I was moving from my room to the poolside chairs and back. This property backs up to a busy road, so when outside there is a lot of traffic noise, construction, and also airplanes flying overhead. Some pros: the shower is really nice, with all of the different settings. There is a lot of shade available in the backyard, which was great. And the host was so kind to me. She was really understanding when I dropped and broke a cereal bowl in the unit. A nice stay for the price!

Very Cozy

The property is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. The owners were wonderful to work with. The property is a small apartment attached to the back side of a residence. There is a kitchen, bathroom and bedroom in the apartment. There are signs around the property informing us of small dogs behind the fence and stating that we shouldn’t open the gate to the swimming pool-hot tub-grassy area if the dogs were there Since the dogs were always there when we were, we didn’t get a chance to go into that area. Be aware that the bed frame sticks out beyond the mattress. The chance for stubbing you toe is high. I put a pillow on the floor to remind me not to get so close. That worked well. The apartment was adequate and mostly met our needs.
