This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is centrally located next to the 101. Talking Stick Casino is 5 minutes away, Basha's (Grocery store) & Walgreen's (Drugstore) are 2 minutes away, K1 Go-Kart racing is 5 minutes away, and Oldtown Scottsdale is a 10 minute drive. Several golf courses are also located nearby. The backyard is equipped with a heated pool, jacuzzi, and putting green to accommodate an extremely relaxing stay during your time in Scottsdale!

The Space:
Central location makes this home perfect for Spring Training, Waste Management, Talking Stick Casino, and Old Town Scottsdale where all the fun is happening! The freeway is easily accessible allowing for ease-of-travel anywhere in the valley.

Getting Around: North Scottsdale neighborhood with easy freeway access, a 5-minute drive to Talking Stick Casino, 15 minute drive from the airport, close to local restaurants & shopping, a 10-minute drive to Oldtown Scottsdale, and can fit up to 2 vehicles in the garage with ample street parking.

Access: Home is equipped with a smart lock. Code details will be generated specifically for your stay to maximize safety and security. Details provided upon booking.

TV: There are 4 TV's - one in the living room, one on the backyard patio, one in the gaming room, and one in the master bedroom. All are equipped with streaming services for simplicity of use. No cable services are provided, but you will have access to your choice of streaming services.

Wi-Fi: Free, fast Wi-Fi so you can work or browse freely during your stay.

Pool: Bring your swimsuits for this amazing backyard and pool! One grill is available with a grill set readily available for you to use. Pool Heating fees can be inquired about and discussed - please message and inquire directly if you need the pool to be heated for any length of time during your stay.

Towels: Plenty of towels will be provided for your stay. These include bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, kitchen rags, dish rags, and pool towels. Lack of towels will not be an issue.

Kitchen Items: Oven, stovetop, full-sized refrigerator/freezer with water dispenser, dishwasher, microwave, standard coffee maker, and a toaster. Well-equipped with cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils, etc.

Bedrooms: Master bedroom has 1 King Bed, guest bedroom 1 has 2 full beds, guest bedroom 2 has a twin over full bunk bed with an office desk for remote work if needed. There is also a play room with a pool table for you to enjoy! A crib is also available if you have little ones with you.

Great little getaway!

Pros: We had a lovely stay here, we had everything we needed (except a can opener lol!) Vince was super friendly, quick to respond and friendly. Access was easy and parking is great. The house is great for the price, internet is reliable for remote work and the kids loved the pool! Pet friendly location (even has a cute doggy door) and close to everything you need for a great stay. Had clean towels and linens for everyone, the beds are comfy and everything is really clean. Cons: The fridge doesn’t cool great, which makes for warm beers. The bottom of the pool has a long screw on/around the filter which is way too sharp to play barefoot, probably needs to be checked as two people in my party cut their foot. The house does need some small fixes here and there, but nothing major. Plus, the pool table was an absolute hit with everyone, we spent lots of time hanging out in that room and playing together. Overall we had a fantastic time and we recommend this place!
