Guests: A maximum of 14 guests is permitted in the house.

Pool heating: Please note, pool heating is available for an additional fee ($75/night; with a minimum of 2 nights or $150) during non-summer months (Nov-Apr), and heating is turned off in other months.

Pets: Cats are not allowed, and there is a pet fee of $150 per pet. Pet approval is handled on a case-by-case basis and will depend on factors such as breed, weight, and shedding. Additional cleaning fees may apply based on the specific circumstances.
