This condo provided everything we needed for our stay as far as being in a safe place and providing a good bed, kitchen supplies to cook, and a working washer and dryer. Our check in email with exact location told us the wrong building, so we were roaming around the complex for 30-45 minutes trying to find it. Might have been easier if it were daylight. The complex is pretty dark at night, and after an exhausting long day of travel that was frustrating. Our parking pass was not in the unit. I contacted the person on the welcome sign, but she no longer managed that unit. I then called the contact in my confirmation email and had no trouble reaching someone to make sure we had a pass delivered the next day. No big deal, but the welcome sign needs to be removed. The unit was very hot upon arrival but once it cooled down the next morning we were very comfortable. The bedrooms have carpet which I am not a fan of. The guest bedroom carpet looked dirty due to spots at the doorway. The ceiling fan was also not working, but there was a portable fan in the closet which came in handy since the first night was warm. I used a Clorox wipe to wipe down the counters in the master bath, and they were dirty upon arrival. All of these things can be fixed, so don’t let it deter you from booking. Just giving an honest review if our experience. We were comfortable and had all that we needed.
