Close to the Airport, Minutes from Tempe Diablo Stadium, Sloan Park, Scottsdale Stadium, Hohokam Stadium. Walking distance to ASU, Mill Ave, Tempe Town Lake, Theaters, restaurants, and entertainment. For transportation, the neighborhood offers a free Orbit bus, Bird Scooters are easily found in the neighborhood, and the city train is loacted at the end of the block, which is great transportation to visit down town Phoenix. The property offers a 86in TV, Pool, Modern Look, Comfortable Beds, Great Space, and did I mention the Location!
