The three bedrooms have plush mattresses and high thread count bedding. Bedroom configuration 3 Queen Beds. There is WiFi, cable, and a fully appointed entertainment system. Every modern convenience at your finger tips. Located less than 10 mins from the airport and blocks from the heart of Downtown Scottsdale. 10-minutes from annual events including: FBR/Phoenix Open, Barret-Jackson Auto Auction, Arabian Horse Show, Scottsdale Culinary Festival, Spring Training, ASU campus. Short drive to Salt River Spring Training Complex & walking distance to San Francisco Giants Spring Training Complex. Local world-class golf courses including: McCormick GC, TPC Scottsdale GC, JW Marriot Wildfire GC, Camelback Country Club, Hyatt Gainey Ranch GC, Troon North GC, The Boulders GC. Great house, great location!

Needed a VRBO for two weeks while doing home renovations. This house was the perfect place to stay with a great location. Comfortable beds, nice bathrooms, beautiful kitchen with a fantastic kitchen window that I will really miss! Chris, the owner was very communicative with me, and took care of us during our stay wonderfully. Highly recommend.

Wonderful Scottsdale home

This house was perfect for our family! The location was ideal - close to everything in downtown Scottsdale and also close to the trails along the canal, which made exploring very easy. Chris was a wonderful host through the whole process. He gave suggestions on places to go and was so kind to accommodate our request to stay an extra night. The house is stocked with all the essentials and the yard is perfect for relaxing by the fire pit. We will definitely stay here again and so happy with our trip to Scottsdale!

Amazing stay

Gorgeous home in quiet neighborhood. Beautiful backyard with an amazing scent coming from the fruit trees! Walking distance to restaurants and shops. We had a great time wish we had stayed longer!

Wonderful stay for Spring Training!

We had a wonderful time! Parents (big Bocce Ball players) loved the yard! We felt comfortable and at home - super kid-friendly! Very close to the stadium for Giants Spring Training games and close to the airport, downtown & anything we needed. Chris was very kind and accommodating and checked in throughout our stay.

Spring Training Getaway

This cute house is in a perfect spot for enjoying all that Scottsdale has to offer! It is a very quiet neighborhood, and has a great backyard area. Old Town Scottsdale is super close and so is a Scottsdale Stadium. Had an easy time navigating around to side trips, too.Communication was great, the house is super clean and off street parking is provided. We would love to come back!

Great Getaway Stay

This was the perfect place to stay for our girls getaway. We thoroughly enjoyed all the outdoor amenities (fire pit, bocce ball, horse shoes) and how conveniently located it was to historic downtown. Nicely remodeled home with lovely outdoor space, including bocce ball and fruit trees. We picked our own grapefruit, which was delicious. Walking distance or short ride to Old Town.
