Our home is perfect for outdoor lovers and entertainers alike. The home features a bright and open floor plan, a kitchen with two islands, and a swimming pool for soaking up the desert sun. - Please note that we cannot provide a pool barrier fence at this property. We do not recommend this property for children under 6 years of age. Per requirements in the cities of Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Cave Creek, and Phoenix we utilize door alarms for all doors with access to the pool area.
- We allow service animals at this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request.
- The maximum occupancy for this property is not to exceed a family size of six adults and their related dependent children.

No street parking is allowed.

This home comes with a pack n' play travel crib available. A high chair can be provided upon request with at least 24hrs advanced notice. Just ask and we are happy to accommodate you and your little ones!

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

Comfortable home

We stayed at this property during ASU parents weekend in October. The home was very clean and well stocked. Somehow the pool was refreshing in the 112deg heat, which was a welcome surprise. A few things in a bit of disrepair including flooring, need a door on the showers and patio furniture

Great home, great location

We had a great stay; adults children and spouses and our 87 year old mom. The house was great, all the details were managed by the team. We had a couple of questions and a quick text message and they got right back to us! The location was great, and the outdoor space beautiful, our only suggestion would be to replace the outdoor lounge furniture but all things were wonderful, relaxing and enjoyable!

Weekend Away

Beautiful home and very spacious! Communication with the company was pretty good, answered any questions within a day. Only real problem was the air conditioning; even when left on the recommended 76 degrees, the house got up at 84 the first day and then 81 the second; it was VERY hot this weekend (110s) but the home never seemed to fully cool off. Reached out to local hosts and they mentioned they could get someone out there, but by Saturday morning, then house returned to set temp. I did not request someone to come out the second day. Outside of the AC issue, we were very happy with the home!

Great place!

We really enjoyed our time at this location! There was plenty of space in the kitchen and outside, the bedrooms and bathrooms were also spacious . The only thing that needed attending to was the pool, the steps and parts of the bottom were dirty so we were able to maneuver the pool cleaner around to clean things, there were also some floor boards in the kitchen that were slipping around. Overall, a really great experience!

Golf Outing - March 23-26

The home was as advertised and it worked out great for us. I would suggest that bath soap/gel be provided. Also, I'd suggest that at least coffee and filters be provided. It's hard to buy a can of coffee for just a few days. The home was very clean and comfortable. We had a little trouble getting in the first night as none of the codes provided were correct. A call to the Avant number helped resolve this issue quickly.

Needs a new cleaning service

Overall, the location and the home quality were fine and as advertised. Cleanliness was not up to standards however. One of the trash cans had garbage left in it. The pool was filthy on arrival and it took 2 days (of a 3 day stay) before it was cleaned. There was no pool heater installed, so was only 65 degree water. Responsiveness of the management group was not great.

Spacious house

This house was good to us in most regards. We stayed a month and enjoyed Scottsdale, which is home to great shopping and restaurants. There were only a few things to change or add. First of all, as noted in a previous review of this house, there is a lack of full-length mirrors. There wasn't a single one. This meant we had to dress for dinner, etc. and just hope we looked nice!! I called property management but nothing was done. When we left today, there was still no mirror. Also, the laundry soap provided faded our dark clothing very badly. I had to go out and buy some dark Woolite, which solved the problem. Also, there was no sugar, and the only salt was the kind you grind, which isn't the best when you want it to dissolve into whatever you're making. There was no small omelette-size pan, and you can't run out a buy a cheap one because you are cooking on induction burners -- a first for me, which I finally got used to. The shampoo and conditioner, on the other hand, did wonders for my hair. I loved them. The beds were very clean and comfortable, and we enjoyed the openness of the kitchen/family room. I would buy a house like this if I was going to live in Phoenix. It is in a quiet neighborhood and has its own pool. It isn't pool season yet, because the nights are often quite chilly and the pool isn't heated, but it did lend itself to the overall ambience of the property.

Incorrect information

When planning a trip to Phoenix that included our 7 year old granddaughter , a heated pool was a high priority. This property advertised a heated pool. I even contacted AvantStay, the property manager, to verify that there was a heated pool. Upon our arrival, we discovered not only that the pool wasn’t heated, but, it didn’t even have a heater. The inside of the house was very nice and everything was clean. The outside was nice, but covered in dirt and debris. I had started to wash off the table and chairs until we discovered that we couldn’t use the pool and then decided it wasn’t worth it. I called management and they made an excuse about a recent dust storm. The WiFi was very intermittent. Several emails back and forth failed to resolve the issue. In the future, I would not rent a property managed be AvantStay. Their fees were higher than I have normally paid, and, their assurances about the pool were completely false. They did respond within a couple of hours when I contacted them but I think the responses were generic and probably generated from another country. When the issues could not be resolved, we asked for a refund. The company did refund some of our payment.

Terrible experience

Checked in Monday- had issues that were reported. Never received a call from the property manager or the owner. They work with a 3rd party company that takes all contact- they are overseas in the Philippines. The house looks like it bumps out bachelor/bachelorette parties. Looks like it could of been nice at some point (as shown on listing) but is now run down (not as expected). Insects are an issue- they were found throughout the house. Tub has jets that once turned on releases black partials. BIGGER ISSUE- they have a large water pump that is super loud at night, sounds like something was stuck or clogged in it. It’s located close to the master and kept me up the first night. By the second night and no resolution or contact from management I left as I could not sleep through the noise. Spent the remaining 6 days in a hotel. Most discouraging part is the lack of communication. After numerous requests, I had to setup a time to talk after what would of been my stay, NOT during my stay to find a resolution. Most frustrating experience.

Beautiful stay in Scottsdale!

Loved staying in Scottsdale! The house was beautiful. We rented ATVs one day and explored the desert. Downtown Scottsdale is fabulous for groups - lots of fun wine bars and food. Our favorite was Salvatore tasting room + Sumo Maya for dinner!

Beautiful House Close to Old Town

We recently stayed in this house for a girls trip. The house is great for entertaining; kitchen, outdoor grill, pool, pool area seating, outdoor games. The bedrooms are large and the beds are super comfortable. The only complaint I have, and this is very knit-picky, is there aren’t any mirrors in the bedrooms, besides the master. Other than that this house is absolutely perfect!

Perfect Arizona getaway!

What a perfect Arizona getaway! We very much enjoyed this house. The location was great. For us it was close to family which was big, but within a few minutes you had a Walmart, groceries, restaurants, drug stores, etc.. Very close to Old Town Scottsdale, super convenient to 101, and yet in a really quiet neighborhood. I love a good pool and a dedicated walk-in shower, spouse loves a good bathtub and boy did this place deliver! The pool was big, and had a nice deep end which meant the water stayed gloriously refreshing even in the relentless AZ summer heat. The pool area itself was also very nice with comfy, attractive lounging furniture. The hot water heater had no problems filling the large, soaking tub with warm water. I think the kitchen design is pretty unique, and you'll either love it or decide it's a bit too non-traditional. Since I like to work in the kitchen while looking out at the pool, this kitchen had tons of workspace and un-interrupted sight lines - perfect! The house was well-stocked with nice linens, we had plenty of toiletries, and the kitchen had plenty of dishes and utensils. We didn't use all the rooms, but the beds we did use were very comfortable as was all the furniture. There was a huge LG w/d set for keeping up with laundry. The grill area is one that often gets neglected, but not this place. There were grill utensils and also new cleaning tools. The entire outdoor area was in great shape and very inviting. We had a couple minor maintenance concerns and one heck of a dust/thunderstorm while we were there. Which filled the pool with debris and completely clogged the filter on the pump. The maintenance company was quick to respond and get someone there. They were very pleasant and polite to work with. Overall this has been our favorite place to stay in AZ, and a very positive rental experience. We hope for many returns!
