"The staff was friendly and helpful. The room itself was clean and comfortable. But the tiny complementary bottle of lotion had been used and half gone. The shampoo and conditioner dispensers were dirty and slimy. A friend was in the next room and said they didn't even get any lotion and their shampoo dispenser was completely out of shampoo. More attention needs to be made to the bathroom. They were great and friendly with my dog. The breakfast was tasty and filling. The breakfast area was clean and tidy. Overall it was comfortable and welcoming. But they really need to pay more attention to the bathroom amenities."
