Hotel Concord Syracuse, an Ascend Collection Hotel
The front desk person was great! We had to request a new room because the toilet in our room had dry urine drops and pubic hair it. Very gross. We were moved to a different room which was better. We can see that improvements are taking place. Parking was great.
