"Everything was perfect 👌 Good location, clean, quiet, welcome drink, good air conditioner, nice shower, wi -fi was working good. Restaurant also was very pleasant."

"The hotel felt more like a 3-star property than a 4-star. On arrival, check-in was quick and efficient, which was a positive start. However, the room fell well below expectations. The bedroom floor was dirty and covered in hair, and the bathroom was in a poor state, with grime around the bath and stained walls. There were also numerous silverfish in the bedroom, which was completely unacceptable. The room lacked basic amenities such as a kettle or any facilities for making tea or coffee, which was disappointing for a hotel of this supposed standard. On the second day, I had to queue for over 30 minutes just to get a key card that wasn’t working. During my four-day stay, there appeared to be only one staff member at reception, which significantly impacted the level of customer service. Overall, the experience did not meet expectations for a 4-star hotel."

Está muy cerca del metro y hay mucho transporte público, nosotros rentamos vehículo y cuentan con estacionamiento techado y seguro."

"We enjoyed this property, a good kitchen area and our room hold a balcony. The rooftop area was a nice feature. We had the breakfast included and it was a huge amount of food for two people. The area was quiet and close to lots of restaurants and shops "
