I had a few quick conversations with Henry and even called and told him I would be checking in late due to traffic he assured me it was nothing to worry about he would note it in the system. Felicia was such a sweet spirit, I left my hat behind and she called me back and said not to worry I will get it back. Dana in the breakfast area was a sweetheart the 2 days I spoke to them.
