Villa Magica with pool is laid on a private estate with a large garden. It includes a small and the large house. Two of the bedrooms are in the smaller house, and three bedrooms are in the larger houses. Therefore, it is an excellent holiday home for 2 families, for a larger or extended family, and for groups of friends up to 10 people.
Outside of the villa, you will find a pool with massage jets, perfect for refreshments on hot days.
Furthermore, there are lot of Mediterranean plants in the garden, and pots all over the estate. In addition, you will find a covered dining room and the grill here.

Lovely
A very lovely house in quite, little village in Istria. We had an amazing stay there. Our kids had lots of fun playing PS and table tennis, while we enjoyed the sauna and pool.

Amazing
Amazing place! Great host, very welcoming and helpful but gives you enough privacy. The place is spacious and has everything you could need. Barbecue is just perfect! Surrounding is great, nature is beautiful. Great value for money.

Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt. Es wurde an alles gedacht. Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich und wohnlich eingerichtet. Wir haben nichts vermisst. Der Garten ist wunderschön und gepflegt.

We spend 7 nights at Pican. It was a very nice stay. The place is quiet. The house was very very clean. It's well placed. We were at maximum 40 minutes of each sightseeing place (Rabac, Rovinj, Pula). Do not miss to visit Rt Kamenjak, it's a wonderfull place. Highly recommended !

Das Haus ist wunderschön und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Terrasse und der Garten sind der Hammer. Für uns als Familie mit 3 Kindern war es perfekt.
