"Hermoso hotel y un servicio increíble, vale mucho la pena"

"Lucca is very responsive , the communication is very smooth. The place is at very good location, just few minute walking distance to the leaning tower. Lots of restaurants nearby. The room itself is very clean and nice breakfast."

"Grande chambre, confortable et propre. Pas facile d’accès."

"Wonderful stay at the doorstep of Tower of Pisa!"

"Perfect place to stay, good breakfast and very nice staff."

"Super godt ophold , mangler en pool"

"O"

"Konumu çok iyi, direk"

"La ubicación es excelente, está solo a unos pasos de la torre de pisa. Hay muchos restaurantes excelentes en la zona. El staff fue extremadamente amable, al realizar el check out nos permitieron dejar las maletas con ellos para seguir la aventura alrededor del pueblo sin costo alguno. Súper recomendado, recomendé el lugar a unos amigos que justamente van a Pisa."

"The number1 season I booked this hotel,is because it's a 2min. walk to the tower of pisa. The secound reason was because they offer"parking"on this platform. But when I arrived there the staff wants to charge the €15 for parking, but then I would have to look for a public paid-parking(blue lines) or public free-parking (White lines).I find this very deceiving, because it you advertise with parking,it should be available on there premises. Yours, Kamal"

"Great location, central to many outdoor restaurants."

"Hotel was dark when we arrived. Had to walk a km from a random parking spot. Couldn't get a hold of anyone. Had to rebook a room which of course cost us more money. Now they're refusing to answer me. Absurd."

"They were very helpful and nice. The hotel was great & everything in close walking distance."

"Nothing to complain about. Very good"

"Perfectly fine for what it was . Very dated though"
