"The room was good size and clean. But you can hear any sound from the other rooms and the hallway. Rooms are not soundproof at all, which makes a good rest quite difficult."

Our reservation was cancelled at first for no valid reason, and staff later entered our room while we were sleeping, claiming they hadn’t received payment. I had to show proof that we’d paid correctly, and despite the mistake being theirs, there was no apology for the disturbance. Unprofessional and poorly handled."
