"Hotel has been nicely updated. Room was very small, but clean and modern. Perfect for a quick stay. Found reasonably priced parking ($20) in a safe lot about 2 blocks away."

"Noisy aircon Room noisy - 110 is right by the front door and you can hear all the conversations with the people in the check in machine. Woken by police as there was a break in and theft from a room. Every word of the interview outside my room. Emailed hotel twice as concerned about safety …. No reply ! Location perfect as so close to subway. Was cheap …. But not worth it if it’s not safe and secure! Lack of people on site not a problem - but they did not seem bothered when I was really concerned and that’s really poor service."

"I had very low expectations. I knew I didn't pay a lot. But the first room they gave us has a humming noise constantly all night low. I couldn't sleep. They gave me a different room the second night. It's better. No humming noise. We asked for more blankets. They said no. That's a little surprising. The next morning the manager told us they had extra blankets. He apologized to me. But it was too late. My wife and kids were not comfortable without the blankets. There are other issues I don't want to go into details. I will avoid this place next time. With the additional $18 for self parking, I think you can find a better deal some what close by."

"The parking felt safe The front desk person Manny kept disappearing for a few minutes going into the employee room I watched many guests walk away after waiting for him while I was doing laundry . The area didn’t feel as safe as I wanted to but the room towel decoration into a swan and the cleanliness made up for the rest . I suggest they add debit card option to vending machines and to the laundry as well. Manny was kind when he checked us in . "
