Picnic Bay is a quiet and somewhat more remote part of the island, however there are some great hikes, a swimming area and a pub within walking distance.

You would need some sort of transportation if you stayed at Picnic Bay. There is a Pub and a couple of little restaurants available. A quiet part of Magnetic Island.
