"Had a very pleasant stay "

"Excellent and very good breakfast"

" Nice room, great breakfast and friendly staff "

"Fantastic location wonderful staff boring breakfast but everything else makes up for it"

"Rooms are good , location good . Noise in the room from other rooms and the spiral corridor are unbearable , we had children running up and down at 1130 at night and the receptionist don’t even bother to stop them "

"Wonderful stay with amazing staff! I had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything I needed. Their warm and attentive service made the whole experience feel extra special. I can highly recommend this hotel and would happily stay again."

"Friendly staff - typical Italian breakfast. Evening meal very good "

"Very welcoming staff. Excellent restaurant and great food.and wine. We stayed in the summer at this ski resort so it was quite empty. Lovely mountain views. There's no on site parking. I would definitely stay here again."

"Generally good, staff was really good and helpful- wasn’t able to dine on site for dinner due to tour group, but there was no signage saying so ahead of time ( would have eaten in town earlier). Room had a few repairs needed like light bulb in bathroom and drain plug in tub not sealing ( it was a jet tub, so needed). Beautiful location- and again great staff!!!!"

"Super location, nice rooms, quiet. Helpful with our need for bike storage."

"Wonderful hotel in beautiful natural setting with great restaurant. Very friendly staff. Pet friendly."

"Ottima struttura per soggiornare nel periodo invernale a Cesana Torinese. L’albergo si trova all’ingresso del paese e si raggiunge facilmente a piedi il centro del paese e a pochi minuti di macchina la partenza degli impianti. Struttura accogliente e pulita. Il servizio SPA é un plus. "

"Perfect for skiing - next to lift , good ski room and central to all pubs and evening activities "

"It was a cheap option so overall it was a good stay"

"One of the best hotel in the area"

"The staff were very helpful & kind. The food was delicious. The cost was very reasonable. There are 2 banks with ATMs nearby. There was a taxi stand nearby. There was a supermarket within a block. All of these were very helpful."

"The Lobby is great. Has a very nice atmosphere with live music and a gorgeous fireplace. Staff is very kind and professional. However, rooms are too small considering the kind of luggage that’s usually carried for winter sports. Also rooms are somehow noisy. The restaurant serves a good breakfast but they should improve the availability of all the dishes they offer. Some of those we wished to order were unavailable. "

"Pas de chauffage, pas d'eau chaude ... donc douche à l'eau froide ..., pas de papier de toilettes aux WC communs, cabine de douche sans une porte, ascenseur en panne, robinetterie défectueuse, déjeuné banal et pas prêt pour l'heure. ..... je demande un dédommagement."

"Nice rural location and food breakfast Welcoming staff"

"Good location to visit our family. Clean facilities and friendly staff. A good value. "
