"Great staff good location for the business trip I was on, clean room, except for the shower... The lower tiles and floor were kind of gross. I had to shower while standing on towels to feel comfortable"

"My first room was 308. There were bugs in the shower and on the walls. The window was broken. The carpet and tables were filthy. The person at the front desk- and his manager- would not move me because I used the bathroom before I saw the full extent of the room. I had to call hotels.com, and even then it wasn’t until I escalated to a manager at hotels.com that the hotel moved me. The new room was fine. Nothing like the photos on the site but at least it was clean."

"Wonderful, welcoming, helpful folks throughout. Great location ( especially if, like us, you’re attending an event at MSG). The room was tiny, however, that is normal in many NYC hotels so it was not unexpected. Beds were very comfortable"

"Unfortunately, the wait for the room was untimely. Also, the room design is very impractical for more than one person. . No storage, no where to place things, no where for folded clothes. Over all, a very impractical design flaw, especially for a traveling guest that has a suitcase full of clothes. Also, showering in the dark sounds romantic, yet it also isn’t very practical ;-("
