Perfect for any type of stay. Bedrooms| 3 bedrooms, 2 of which features a double bed and one of them also includes an en-suite with a shower. The other bedroom features 2 single beds. Linens| All our guests are provided with linens and two sets of towels. We are big fans of a good night so all the linens we provide is of the highest of quality. One of the most popular ways to get around is by bus, as Malta has an extensive network of bus routes that connect all parts of the island. There are several bus stops located throughout Pieta, and you can purchase tickets from the driver or at a nearby kiosk. The buses are modern and air-conditioned, and provide a cost-effective way to explore the island. Another popular option for getting around is by taxi, which can be easily hailed on the street or booked in advance. Taxis are more expensive than buses, but offer a faster and more convenient way to get around, especially if you`re traveling in a group.

Valletta, St Julian’s, and Sliema are all within 10–15 minutes

You can buy tickets directly from the driver or get a travel card if you`re staying longer.

For guests who will be renting a car, there are ample of free public parking around there area.

The bus stop is just round the corner from this apartment, making it very easy and cheap to travel.

We also suggest you make use of the Ferries as you can enjoy the views and have a break from the busy roads.
Very important notes before booking:

1. We have STRICT noise policies, therefore when booking, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbours and the common areas. Not abiding by these rules can come in unwanted fines and immediate vacation of the property.

2. During the lovely summer season, although we do sanitise, some ants and cockroaches are to be expected, unfortunately, this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed.

3. Early check-in and late check-outs are subject to availability of the day however we truly appreciate if check-in and check-out times are always respected.

4. Self check-ins is provided and details and instructions are to be sent 24 hours prior check-in date.

5. Waste schedules are shown in the check-in guide, putting the waste at the right time, is imperative as otherwise, local fines may apply. Kindly note that streets are constantly monitored.

6. What is included in the apartment.

- Shower gel
- Plate liquid soap
- Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom)
- Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage.
- Garbage bags
- Linens for the bed
- 2 Towels per person

7. No additional guests who are not part of the booking are allowed to sleep at any time on the premises. The apartment is always insured on the guest amount you book. If you will be having any other guests it is important to get permission first, a nightly fee could be charged for the extra guest.

8. NO PETS ALLOWED.

9. Smoking inside the property is not permitted and any smoke detectors found removed will be charged accordingly.

10. Any damages or missing items will be charged directly to the guest/s.
