Escape Reality Docked on Sand Point

  • Bring your boat and stay docked at this unique 5 bedroom 3 full bath canal front home. The house is laid out to entertain, handicap accessible, and sleep up to 14 guests comfortably. Enjoy summer nights on the spacious deck over the gas fire pit or cuddle up inside next to the fireplace on those chilly days. The property offers a large dock plenty of room to dock up to two twenty five boats. Weather you're a family looking for a vacation or a avid fisherman/duck hunter this house will satisfy the needs.

    The space
    The main floor consists of master bedroom with king bed and full bathroom. Second bedroom has a trundle bed with 2 twins. Washer, dryer, another full bath, fully furnished kitchen, and living room are on the main floor. The Third bedroom upstairs has a king bed with baby crib. The fourth bedroom has a full and queen bed. Also there is a full bathroom on this floor as well. The fifth bedroom is in the basement and finished with a bar and two queen beds. The basement walks out into the garage/game room which is insulated and heated. Garage has a built in handicap ramp that leads to main level. The house sits on 300ft of canal frontage and has a dock to park boats. Three kayaks with paddles and life jackets onsite available to rent. Full fish cleaning station, massive deck with natural gas fire pit, wood burning pit and sand area, screened in porch with propane grill. 18kw back up generator so your vacation doesn't get ruined by a storm. The house is perfect for boaters, fisherman, and duck hunters. Within minutes you can be on Wildfowl Bay.

Great place on Sand Pointe.

Probably one of the best VRBOs we’ve stayed in. Super clean. A lot of room. All the items you may need for your travels. We can’t endorse it enough!

We were really happy with our stay here. We chose this property because it has a wheelchair ramp to the main floor, so that really suited our needs. The house is very beautiful, well stocked, and clean. The rules and checkout expectations were clear and extremely reasonable. I loved watching the deer in the morning. Wonderful December Long Weekend

The house is wonderful. I travel often and stay at many rentals, this house was perfect. We were lucky with nice weather and able to enjoy the outside as well, beautiful stargazing at night. The house has everything you can want from relaxing by the fire to enjoying the many games in the heated garage. I love the location, lots to see and do in the area. We definitely plan on returning. For the past 10 years a group of us have a girls weekend getaway and rent various homes. This house was the BEST we have stayed at - clean, well kept, very updated. Beautiful home and area!

So many great things about this home! The size of it fit all of us, the outdoor area, patio, yard, fish cleaning station a plus! We saw so much wildlife, deer everywhere! Kyle was very easy to communicate with and very responsive. Easy access to Lake Huron through the canal. My husband and son caught several walleye and other fish. We really enjoyed our stay!

Exceptional home away from home

The location is perfect in a peaceful neighborhood. You immediately know that this house is someone's home because of each meticulous, loving detail. Communication with Kyle was immediate and accommodating. Spending the day outside on the deck is like a vacation itself. Roomy and inviting

We had a great stay at this property with 2 other couples. Plenty of room for all 6 of us. We all walked in and were wowed! Decorating was very nice and the property was very clean inside and out. We really wanted to enjoy the outside area but the weather was a little chilly. The pool table was used a lot and it was nice with a fridge in the garage so we could have easy access to drinks in the game area. We made several meals at the house and most cooking supplies were on hand. A couple things we should have brought was cooking spray and tinfoil. We would not hesitate to stay hear again!
