Sunny apartment for up to 5 people with a large terrace, just 250 meters from Mil Palmeras beach. It is located in a residential area of new construction, very close to bars, restaurants, supermarkets and leisure.
The house is on the ground floor and consists of living room, fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a large terrace of 42m2, ideal for sunbathing or enjoying time with friends and family. The house is equipped with air conditioning, WIFI and has a communal pool. You can park comfortably at the house or in the Mil Palmeras public car park.
