"Very well located with the tram stop just a 2 minute walk away, really spacious and clean room with all the expected amenities. The bar and restaurant have a nice atmosphere and good range of options at a reasonable price for a hotel of this standard. Breakfast was quite nice with a good range of options to cater for most people. The leisure centre and sauna were excellent also."

"The Staff was very friendly and professional. The front desk person( I wish I could remember his name) help me when I asked him I there was a chance we could check in early. He helped me out and we were able to check in 3 hrs earlier! The vibe at this hotel is SO cool! I will definitely stay here again when I’m in Krakow! It’s in a fantastic location near the Old Gate. Fantastic!"
