"Excellent"

"The location was fine, but we ran into several issues that made our stay less comfortable than expected. I would not stay here again based on the condition of the property. There were no cleaning supplies, barely any toilet paper or paper towels, almost no dish soap, and no extra garbage bags. Basic essentials simply weren’t provided. We were also supposed to receive two sets of towels but only had one initially. The bathroom fan didn’t work, and there was black mold throughout the bathroom...

"Not clear when booking that access was limited to walking so drop off and pick up by car involved lugging suitcases across uneven paving"

"Any shepherd would have thought it a palace. "

"Good location , but I thought I had booked a one bedroom apartment it was in fact a studio. It was also quite grubby with poor quality furniture"

"Well located, very courteous host and flawless check in. Scaffolding and work noise in the window without price reduction."

"Fast and easy check-in, helpful staff and quick production of a VAT invoice for expenses. The apartment was clean, roomy and comfortable, with a good bed, large TV, well equipped kitchen and great shower too. Parking is very convenient and placed at the back of the building in the multi-storey car park. Local supermarket very close too. Great."

"Lovely little place perfectly positioned for exploring Bristol.and the coast of the Avon."
